I would bother it's dull and offers very reward for ingenuity

Pros

No one cares whether what you do is worthwhile. So you could stare at the screen for the week and no one would notice

Cons

Most things are cons here. I joined to make a difference. It's like yes minister just less funny. Also you must bring in your own along to wash up after coffee..?

It Could Be So Much Better

Pros

Great hours and flexibility; nice canteen; nice annual leave; super lifts, adorable stationery; basement conference centre with oodles of differently sized rooms; some supportive colleagues.

Cons

The Government cuts have hit hard. The three box appraisal system has undermined team morale. Individuality is no longer welcomed. Too many management consultants on large per diams.
