- The amount of labor you have to partake in is not proportionate to the wage you receive. They rely on artist's ample knowledge of various art supplies to answer customer questions both on the phone and in-person, in what feels like a teacher-student environment. They are severely understaffed at almost all locations, so you have to run back and forth between cashier/front-of-house, to stocking, to engaging with customer's conversations which would be manageable if there weren't like 3 people each shift.
