      Pros

      BMC care about keeping the employees happy and have great work-life balance. They provide a very comfortable environment in which to work. BMC always has a lot of change happening so that makes it a very interesting place to work. BMC is a tech company, the facilities are beautiful and there are many amenities offered like snacks, Recreational activities

      Cons

      The little increment in spite of high productivity. Improve on this otherwise is the best place to work for.
