      Pros

      BMC is overall an incredible company to work for. Fully remote work is hard to come by, even post-Covid, and BMC thrives in that aspect. A couple work trips per year that are VERY fun, excellent pay, and solid support.

      Cons

      Sales can be high-pressure to succeed, so it can be a little feast or famine.
