Great culture, fun, and stable company, but limited upside

Pros

Good company with great people. Great place to have a fulfilling long career.

Cons

Quota's are too big given the renewals are now added in so hitting accelerators is a thing of the past. You can make consistent good money, but not great money. Most people will compare the new CRO to the old one and there is no comparison. The old CRO left big shoes to fill.
