      Pros

      Work culture is great. Amazing employee facilities. Good work life balance. Good opportunities for professional growth. Great management.

      Cons

      BMC has less work force than required for all the units. This sometimes stresses you. But the management is working very hard to meet the goal and ensures that no one is stressed out much.

      Pros

      Many benefits to employees: Private health insurance, periodic bonuses; Excellent products; career development courses; friendly-family atmosphere; great company trips and events. Two excellent office location (Tel Aviv and Tel Chai). Excellent corporate leadership and strategies.

      Cons

      Not geared to religious Jews, slow salary advancement, forced retirement policy, company is now privately owned - might be sold in the near future. Low salary.
