I worked for nearly ten years for a company that was acquired by BMC. Despite the red carpet treatment on arrival, with CEO's message that we were not acquired for the technology but for the people, our team were either dropped for no good reason after a year or forced to quit.
You are constantly forced to endure "training" videos on ethics, which tend to focus on non-US companies or individuals being unethical.
I now know that despite being told it was my role that was being made redundant, someone else is now doing my role. How ethical is that?
