      Pros

      - Company cares for its employees. - Good WL balance. - Good and friendly people that always ready to help. - Stable Company.

      Cons

      - No career advancement, The career opportunities is limited. - There is a lot of maintenance and fixing bugs. - There is no opportunities for writing products or code from zero. - The company is not software engineering oriented, there is few to none architects in the client side, everyone doing what he want style, too much technical dept that the company don't want to lower. - The company direction is to finish things in time, even if the code quality and architecture is too bad.. even though the company is not a startup. - the average age in the company is 40-50, there is no events for younger age employees in the company, all of the events is oriented for employees with families. - High turnover rate. - Mostly suitable for juniors that want to enter the industry. - Low Salaries. - Low bonuses.

      Pros

      The office provides a full kitchen, stocked drinks to get you through the day, SOME managers/Directors are flexible, others are not. Office is very big & clean. (It used to be bigger!) You can have a very different experience depending on the department you are working for. Comparable benefits to others in the city.

      Cons

      The company has gone through several changes from the top down & I've seen the company slim down since it's privatization. Once destined to be a high place to work has become just a stepping stone to the next big thing. Some managers offer flexibility while others do not. Being in the Software industry, you'd imagine there being more room for flexibility and remote work, however, this is not the case. Also, very hard to promote from within. Compensation could be better.

      Stagnant vertical movement, minimal raises, 100% focus on sales and not support, clique-y.
