Terrible management. Since being taken private it has been downhill. It's all about slashing jobs and improving the sacred finance metrics. The PE group that owns the company will take public again in a few years so get ready for another big shake up. For the close to 4 years I worked there the bonuses never paid out fully like I was initially told it would. Good luck getting a raise there too...

This is not a place for someone who is looking for work and family balance. You need to be able to sacrifice time with the family to make sure your projects are completed on time. It's hectic and crazy especially during release time. The code is a bit buggy and copy and paste so there's a lot of clean up to be done. Culture is regional, some locations seems to have it good.
