      Most unethical company you could ever find

      Pros

      Salary was good as was bonuses, benefits and stock units. Flexible about working from home

      Cons

      I worked for nearly ten years for a company that was acquired by BMC. Despite the red carpet treatment on arrival, with CEO's message that we were not acquired for the technology but for the people, our team were either dropped for no good reason after a year or forced to quit. You are constantly forced to endure "training" videos on ethics, which tend to focus on non-US companies or individuals being unethical. I now know that despite being told it was my role that was being made redundant, someone else is now doing my role. How ethical is that? If you still work there.... watch your back!

      Pros

      Earn, learn and have fun is what you get. Challenging and exiting job with great colleagues around you.

      Cons

      Limitied insight into the future. What will be the changes as part of BMC going private? Then again I expect positive changes in order to ensure growth.

      this was a really fun place to work and i realy like my time there. Learned a lot and got to experience the office work space

      Cons

      not very structured, but understandably since it was the first time they had interns. Overall still a good experience
