      Pros

      There are few good people still available

      Cons

      Seems like company not able to recover. After several layoff, privatization, huge outsourcing and based on poor sales results, people leaving and not seeing any future for this company. Management completely lost and not able to find any recovery path. Quality of the product so bad, you cannot expect any of new features to work in moths.. It is just another non successful company mostly located in India.

      Pros

      You may find yourself lucky and find a team that actually works together. You may need a job NOW, then please apply here, it's just slightly better than the queue at the job centre

      Cons

      Office facilities are horrendous - new office with temperature issues - so you could be in the Bahamas or in Arctic. Management in UK and parts of USA are fond of micro-management, so you are constantly wary of actually forgetting to tell them you have completed a task. There is a lot of backstabbing in this organisation, which i have not found anywhere else during my many years of employment elsewhere, you cannot trust the feedback you are given by management because it is all dependent upon their mood of the day. You don't get paid bonuses on time or properly. There is a lot of talk about loyalty, but there is no such thing.

      Pros

      Culture of respect, hard work, innovation, a huge pool of highly talented people, brilliant new UK HQ office in Winnersh.

      Cons

      Lots of change going on (but think that's the same everywhere), it's very much a self serve environment so you need to be curious and work things out for yourself (but others always happy to help if asked)
