      As a new employee to BMC Canada, I have been very impressed with the investment leadership has put into developing resources across all levels of the organization. In Canada, management has demonstrated thought-leadership around the sales process and enabled autonomy throughout the organization. The caliber of my new colleagues has astounded me and I am pleased to be a part of this organization and continue to build my career with this group. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone seeking future employment opportunities

      The organization is people centric. The HR is very active and is dedicated to employee retaining. Salary is also competitive.

      Cons

      In the salary breakup, basic is paid less to avoid higher contribution to PF.
