      Pros

      Worked with a lot of awesome talent on very cool projects. Flexibility to WFH was much more productive and great while it lasted.

      Cons

      WFH can be a two-edged sword if management doesn't pay attention, making you an easy mark for RIF. There is no reward or loyalty for years of above and beyond. The constant cloud of inevitable layoff cycles hanging over everyone impacts morale and motivation. Numbers may look good short-term to shareholders but the company loses in the long run, repeatedly.

      Good salary Additional Bonus They will throw money on you to fill an urgent vacancy

      Bad management Poor HR Hire & Fire, people who were back bone of the organization or were there for past 10 years were fired in a blink of eye Lot of politics No credit for the work
