Pros

There are many good things about the company to start with: 1. Great infrastructure 2. Flexible working timings (Nobody questions as long as you are meeting the deadlines) 3. Work from home facility is available 4. The company includes a variety of fun events and supports extra-curricular activities

Cons

1. Office culture is somewhat biased as per my opinions. It depends in which team you fall in. My experience hasn't been totally good since there seems to be politics and groupism involved in lower levels. But that is everywhere, right? 2. The functional units are dispersed with less transparency in different divisions of the company
