      1. Trainings 2. Infrastructure 3. work culture and environment 4. powerful sales organisation 5. Few of the people are very good. ex CTO

      Cons

      1. Managers / Senior Management 2. there is saying internally that BMC stands "BIG MEETING COMPANY". couple of days in week just goes in useless meetings. 3. sometime it becomes very monotonous 4. you get into comfort zone easily 5. Lot of good HR policies get rolled back without any reason
