      Pros

      Management keeps an eye on talent and every effort is appreciated and awarded, fair evaluations, competitive salary, good work culture, enough resources to handle tasks which in turn results in optimum work load, appropriate training courses scheduled for employees which help in personal as well as team growth.

      Cons

      I could not find many cons working with BMC, I think what drove me out of BMC was my rotational shift hours, which caused various health issues.

      Pros

      Well defined, clearly described, sales methodology implemented throughout the company. Strong investment in training sales reps, partners and support staff. Coherent vision and marketing message for generating leads Good people

      Cons

      Numbers driven, no excuses sales culture leads to high turnover. On premises software license business model is getting outdated, presents greater risk and a lower value proposition for the customer compared to Software as a Service offerings.

      Great place to "retire"

      Pros

      Great benefits Great kickoff and club Good people, better than standard corporate job but trends toward complacency. Easy job and can move up easily if that's what you want.

      Cons

      Heavy focus on retention vs. high performance. Not encouraged/rewarded/motivated to stand out. Seniority trumps all even in the face of disastrous performance. Missing out on more money by not *really* producing. Customers use as necessary evil, hate company, rarely get good meetings.
