Pros
Work from home. No one cares if you do a good job or not. Get paid well for being stuck in the same position year after year.
Cons
SNOW is taking ITSM remedy accounts right and left. Saas strategy is lacking. They are hiring a lot of new sr. Management but nothing is changing. People are leaving right and left and many more are looking to get out. Not a good company to work for as a recent college grad unless you want to work on old technology like Mainframe.
