BMC has high % of local Maharashtrian which is fine but a good number of them dont kind of like North Indian. Dont know why they converse in Marathi in team meeting or in other places if some of their team mates cannot understand local language. Bad comments about north Indian people and some personal attack as well during lunch time or in office. you need to consistently do a boot licking to senior forks or else you would be bullied and stressed to leave the company.

Pros

Decent pay and benefits. Some products are decent but most are legacy with different branding. Internal IT is superb and amongst the best I have seen. Seems well funded and some offices are nice.

Cons

Really poor products and engineering. Not sure why they dont throw everything at R&D. Very slow and inept management most of whom are part of the furniture and out of touch with the real world.
