      Pros

      Benefits, great people, great brand. There is a lot of things to learn. I am excited to work there again in the future if the opportunity arises.

      Cons

      There is some miscommunication between management and senior management. Managers are great with employees, at least the one I had. However, the miscommunication really cost me some things.

      Pros

      It seems like an easy way to work up. Flexible hours helps me concentrate on studies.

      Cons

      Not really prime location when you think of working at a bank, but its a start. The pay is kinda low when compared to other call centre reps, but i guess the benefit is inbound.
