Pros
Colleagues are very helpful and investment certificates are paid for. Good learning experience if you want to learn about the brokerage industry.
Cons
lots of calls, unrealistic sales target, poor managers, track every move you make. The managers are either too busy playing their own stocks and make you feel as if you are bothering them when you ask for help or they only care about how much sale you made. Turnover is higher than average because you get fed up quickly.
