      For the most part, excellent co-workers and managers. Top tier company. Access to tools and information providing opportunity for success.

      Cons

      Beware, a promotion into the wrong dept can result in a 25 year career coming to a quick end. One insecure manager can derail years of good work.

      --- Diverse culture --- people orientated --- have a real team work environment --- working time is flexible depending on your needs

      Cons

      --- compensation package is not that attractive --- Would move a large part of its headoffice to mississauga, which is a long way to commute

      Met and worked with some great people. Good benefits, decent vacation. Better incentive if you work in a profit center

      Cons

      Company promotes work, life balance and regular reviews, but managers are not consistant with how this is applied.
