      Good start for a banking career One of the top 5 banks Learning curve Supportive management

      Lowest pay compared to other banks (tellers in other banks earn more) Huge Targets can be intimidating Internal politics & fights and favourism towards seniors They expect you to balance between your teller work and PBA Sometimes it gets busy in the front and you are expected to work there through out the day which can harm your sales as you'll be required to give it to a PB. Slow career growth you might be stuck for years despite of performance
