      Pros

      Some of the best reasons to work at BMO Harris include the people and the actual work itself. The majority of people are collaborative and want to succeed.

      Cons

      Some people don't do their share of work, just the minimum to skate by while some people work very long day's without overtime because we were salaried employees. Not good on recognition or promoting or keeping right people, office politics are ridiculous, goal of upper management not clear.

      The same rules clearly don't apply equally as the bank protects certain employees - typically those that have been with the bank longest, as well as those that are most senior. I feel the bank is unethical in how they treat their employees overall as those in the inner circle can get away with bad behavior and are protected at all costs at the expense of employees that are more junior or been with the company a shorter period of time.
