      almost everything the company offers is a con. worst health care we have ever had with the highest deductible, lowest grid levels for payouts, the comp plan makes all employees competing over the same customers, forced referrals to other divisions based on customer balance not relationship, management? what management, this company has been false promises since day one will put you in debt for their own benefit, everything comes out of the advisors pocket.
