Pros

The company is great, they will promote you as long as you put in the work and have great performance skills. They hire within and all you have to do is stay in one position for at least a year', once your year is up and you find interests in another position or department, you are welcome to apply. Great benefits and nice starting salaries, I started off at 41,000.00 my first year. I started out as a collection specialist and was then promoted to LossMit, after that promoted to personal banker, all within three years and on average the pay increase per position was about 8,000 per year.

Cons

Managers aren't always so great, not so much team work, and usually take advantage of their title as manager!!! Meaning you do all the work while they manage you while doing it. Smh they don't like to get their hands too dirty. Not too much flexibility depending on the department and size. Last but not least, do not make friends, focus on yourself and no sharing personal business.

Pros

Face to face interaction with clients. The benefits are really great and industry leading. Most of the managers really are nice people and come to work with a good attitude.

Cons

This has turned into a very Wells Fargo/Chase/Bank of America type sales atmosphere with very little payout. Almost no loan submissions get approved. Career growth is kind of a joke.

Pros

Great benefits, friendly employees, not a lot of micro-management.

Cons

Technology and products are not competitive and yet goals are increasing. Promised shareholders profits and made it very difficult for employees to make bonuses. High Market Manager turnover, and many of the Market Managers are not aware of the Bank Manager job challenges and are not helpful. Training is terrible, most of the time it is a tutorial that must be squeezed in inbetween customers. Many of the branches are very short-staffed and yet still responsible for goals which have increased over 200% in some cases.
