      Lots of bureaucracy BMO is a patient investor but does not seems to fully grasp the competitiveness of the market.

      Great place for sales people, not for other disiplines

      The pay and benefits are great compared to the market place. The people are really smart and great to work with.

      Cons

      There is very little mobility outside of the sales area which means your boss has to leave in order for you to be promoted.

      - They have good health benefits/vacation time - They always pay bonus - Very professional and respectful - Management has good communication

      Cons

      - The technology is from the stone age. Who still uses DOS based systems?? - There is constant change which makes developing a process complicated - The atmosphere is very conservative/dry and not very lively. This isn't a place for young people.
