Pros

Insurance Benefits are great Vacation time is available Good Maternity options available They send you the equipment

Cons

Procedures are incomplete/confusing Managers will make mistakes then target you until they can fire you Claim to be LGBTQIA friendly but if you report being targeted for being out they will do nothing Training is absolute garbage and if you say something they will just tell you they are changing it for the next classes Most of the people you train with will not survive(we were down to 3 out of >20 within 6months). It will be noted and commented on if you use the sick time you are given HR will NOT stick up for you, they will ONLY protect the company. If you tell your manager that you are having issues with specific procedures they will just say aww and do nothing until you fail and they can just fire you They are also implementing AI and overseas workers as much as they can
