Pros

In car training; get to drive new BMW’s and MINI’s on lunches. Go to SC and experience the BMW driving school and Plant. Lease program after 6 months. Benifits. Initial training is outstanding. A lot of nice people to get to know.

Cons

Lack of recognition. Cold calling customers. Job gets boring. Lack of motivation for employees. High expectations. Presentations bi-weekly to important partners and ridiculed after. Low pay. Hard to schedule time off with two people off per day allowance. Quality from 3rd party and department leaders. Need work excuse to call off. Must be in available at 9am or you’re late. No flexibility in schedule. No overtime. Working environment can get loud and crammed. No fun activities. No job shadowing. No team meetings, only department meetings. Self training after initial training. No working from home. Hard quota to reach per hr. Out dated systems for time and attendance.
