Pros

Money is good, benefits could be better.. The pay is alright, it's just hard work and the people depending on where you work... Are amazing!

Cons

They treat you like crap... They work the hell outta you, and they give you no recognition, the hours are long, the place is hot in the summer and freezing in the winter

Some of the employees are chill and easy to get along with.

Cons

They don't care about their employees and the HR department acts like you owe them something like they are doing you a favor to do their job!! The money is not worth what you put your body through. Leaving there I felt like I was leaving prison. Best decision of my life!!!

Pros

The pay scale is amazing. You start off at $18 an hour, and you make $29 an hour after five years. You get yearly bonuses, and cost of living increases every year. There insurance is AMAZING!!! After 6 months you can even lease a new BMW. They offer education courses for FREE, and there is plenty of room to move up. You get 80 hours of vacation a year, paid holidays ( at least a week for Thanksgiving and two weeks for Christmas plus other holidays). They have onsite physical therapist, and nurses.

Cons

Sometimes you have to do overtime (at time and half pay, Saturdays is double time, holidays is triple time). I don't think this is a con, but some might... You are required to actually WORK. I know, they pay you to actually complete tasks.
