      Pros

      Very good environment and working conditions. In general, the employees are very professional and tend to work as a team. It's a great place to develop skills.

      Cons

      It is very difficult to get promotions. Salaries are not very high for people that don't occupy a relevant position.

      good culture, outstanding co-workers, see great things happen internally.

      Process, process, process, working is really in a slow pace, IT and Purchasing involve too much on business.

      Friendly staff great working environment and lots of new learning experiences and future prospects to be given a chance to level up through the company

      Cons

      A long distance to travel to work every day and not long enough days holiday through out the year also more internal perks such as discounts labour for staff
