      Ok, if a Paycheck and PTO are enough

      Pros

      Generous PTO allotment and carryover. Decent benefits though not a fan of the medical plan.

      Cons

      BNP Paribas is my third employer in the banking industry and my worst career move. My only motivators are comp and PTO. When I describe management at BNP Paribas, specifically HR, I often say it’s “the skilled being led by the clueless”. It’s a cluster of inexperienced ‘HEADS’. It’s an inside joke that isn’t laughable for those of us who are under the charge of these managers.

      Decent coffee I guess

      Cons

      Its all about appearances, the company says you're allowed to work from home but your manager will never let you. They say the day before a holiday is a half day but good luck trying to leave before 6pm (including Christmas eve and New Years Eve, i would know I was there).

      It’s just a job. No more, no less. And that’s the best I can say.

      Cons

      Too much French oriented. Granted, it’s a French company. But they just bring these expats from France, largely unqualified and mostly lacking in English speaking skills, to lord over you.
