      Stable and reliable company trying to clean-up the "bad employer" image

      Pros

      Stable company and growing company. All labor matters according the law. Health insurance package for all employees. Great HQ place.

      Cons

      All time changing business directions. Bad relationships between the departments. Always looking for the one to blame. Big gap between the French management and the Bulgarian staff.

      Pros

      For the country I worked in, salaries were reasonable and hours were not long - 8-9 daily. Unlike other banks there were no layoffs during the trough.

      Cons

      Few opportunities for progression in the country I worked. Not much change or interesting projects going on. For employees in some departments boring work and low pay.
