Pros

internal encyclopedia of everything for employees to add value to, can find a lot of information and good way to find contact points.

Cons

internal encyclopedia of everything for employees to add value to, but no verification what is accurate. And a reliance in this knowledge pool rather than actual training.

Pros

Well there is a great deal of opportunity depending on who you work for and what your goals are, the benefits and vacation time is great

Cons

If you are not working for a manager who is fair and has good ethics your career will not progress no matter how good you are at what you do. Too much politics involved.

Pros

I guess only if you do not want to work hard in life....

Cons

Low pay, poor managerial staff i.e same manager who have been doing same coding in same language for last 15 years and still dnt knew it very well....cant believe how they can be surviving....if u wanna try to improve career opportunities they dnt let u....i dnt find any oxbridge except me in the company.....thats one of the reason oxbridge dnt wanna go...complete disaster
