Pros

Very good house for derivatives. Lots of flow business and strong team (in general) for derivatives. Covered several markets so they were well represented

Cons

The team at BNP was horrible. Led by an inefficient boss, team members were unhappy and were constantly thinking of leaving.

Pros

Open environment, very friendly, people are nice. Break are nice and long. The coffee is not that great. People are not that good so it's fairly easy to become very good.

Cons

It is hard sometimes to get people to follow your lead. If you like to get things done, just know that it's not everyone's mindset. Just know that some people are there just to cruise along.

Paris centric! Extremely political management, and you thought public office was bad; Tight on resources but big on expectations and demands; compensation is like the Academy Awards, is it your turn this year
