Good office infrastructure and perks. Food and transport are good.

Cons

There is no work boundary. At least a manager or team member will be in US and all calls will be in the evenings. Cannot log out until 8PM for sure. Developer does requirement gathering, development, testing and release management. 2 weeks sprints are fast paced and at least one hour wasted in calls daily. Strong focus on AI and resource allocation has reduced. Once you join into a group which includes 4-5 small teams of 10, you will be stuck in that group, internal movement is very tough.

Not a whole lot other than getting a paycheck, unless you find yourself on a real team.

Cons

Non-existent management who refuses to support, coach, mentor, have one on ones, communicate at all, follow the company guidelines for ethical manager behavior. Empty remote offices with many teams completely offshore Lots of poor software and cobbled together projects
