Pros
Heading in the right direction for IT. Talented people willing to help but you might have a few times because everyone is so busy.
Cons
WAY behind in IT investment. No support from the business. Putting out fires instead of planning for the future for applications. Hard to get even basic things done. Spend time jumping for managers instead of doing work we planned. Still collaborate like it's 1999. Move people around so much that there are no SMEs. Senior management wastes WAY too much pushing woke culture and identity politics instead of running a financial company. They alienate half their employees who support the police instead of criminals and create a hostile work environment if you're not considered one of their PC victims.
