The people are very nice and friendly, hybrid model of working.

Cons

There is a high staff turnover due to the low salary when to compared to other investment banks. The work can be high pressure. Shift patterns mean often not knowing when you'll finish for the day.

Cons

Do not care about new starters. When asking for help, they refuse. ignorant and believe they are authority. Working many hours. Pay is not good. Progession is rubbish. Management is the worst.
