      Pros

      Free coffee and that's it.

      Cons

      Directives and management lack of communication. Too much gossiping which impacts mental health. Dehumanization and "redundancy" of positions without any clear explanation. I wouldn't recommend the place if you are looking for a stable work and having peace of mind. Bonus are a joke and payment is below avarage.
