Got to work on latest technologies. It improved my technical skills to a great extent. Team and manager is very supportive. Top management has good vision. HR policies are employee friendly. Work culture is inclusive and healthy.

Cons

End to end rsponsiblity is on your head. It gives you opportunity to learn but there is no 4 eye check hence a lot of 11th hour issues come up when user actually starts to use developed application. Sometimes no work life balance.
