The pay is absolutely horrendous. I started as a temp and was brought on full time and received a very substantial pay CUT. Yes, in times a severe inflation I received a PAY CUT. Once student loans start back up I can work here for another 6-7 months before I will legitimately need to declare bankruptcy. Management will not tell anyone anything to the point where you will miss changes to to your client coverage and not be able to do things properly because they are so silent. I’ve read that they play favorites and that is correct. I was so savagely disrespected by my manager in favor of a favorite that my jaw dropped. It was so bad I was in shock for days. This is not a play to stay its a place to leave.
