      Good Package growth opportunities, Internal promotions, Facilities are good like transport, Food card which save your money. Interviews are Simple anybody can easily enter into organisation, once you clear the Aptitude test there are 90% chances to get job

      week management, no healthy environment to work particularly in IAS Process which is a a part of CARS, due to to aptitude is so simple anybody can get the job and it will be your responsibility to train them in process knowledge if you are experience in process.
