Pros

Management is pretty laid back, they do not micro manage employees. Good vacation time and benefits for new employees which is appealing.

Cons

The only thing negative about BNY Mellon is employees are paided $10K less on average than people doing the same job at PNC Bank. In summary, good company, the pay is just terrible for a college graduate.
