      GREAT benefits! Tuition reimbursement, health/dental/medical/vision for you and your partner, 401(k) with contribution matching! Great place to learn different aspects of technology.

      Cons

      Poor management ability. Many in leadership roles based on tenure, not ability to learn, grow, or teach. Those who have the knowledge are branded as rogue for their ideas and thoughts against the established norm.

      great benefits, and bny mellon has a great culture. it is a large company so most employees have options to move around. very reputable company

      it may take a little more time to be promoted or move up compared to other companies, a lot of red tape to get through

      Great work/life balance, bureaucracy run amok

      Pros

      Good compensation and vacation time. Mostly low-stressful for the most part. Very easy-going employees and laid-back dress code.

      Cons

      The size of the organization is behemoth. Endless strings of useless emails jamming up your inbox. With all the layers of management it felt like the federal government where no one knows who's accountable for anything. Conference calls for the sake of conference calls.
