      1) Direct exposure to the business 2) Work on business critical applications

      1) No clear process defined for software development. 2) Existing process is labelled 'Agile' but is nowhere close. 3) Projects usually have the same routine tasks but there is no re-use of existing code-bases.

      Excellent working environment. People are extremely friendly and alway willing to help.

      Cons

      do not take care of employees. Have not received a bonus in two years. the ability to move around in the company is also difficult.
