Pros

Most people work no more than 40 hours a week here, 9-5 is the norm, any time you need a day off for personal issues or any other reasons it is easy to get time off, can do as much work as you please on any given day, most employees show up and leave the office as they please as there is not alot of active management

Cons

Not much is expected of employees and as such most don't have alot of responsibility or work to do, limited opportunities for advancement as not many employees leave, for the most part there is no overall management in charge, employees generally do what they want with no accountability, clients frequently complain that employees do not return their calls or emails for weeks on end
