      Pros

      Great peer group. Easy work, only stretched by large tedious volumes of work rather than challenging involving work. Very reasonable hours for the sector.

      Cons

      Bosses who would not comment on the 99% great job you did but focus on how you missed a full stop on an email and for that reason, no pay rise this year.

      Pros

      Positive work-life balance. Fellow co-workers make things bearable. NOT a cut throat environment among the "worker-bees".....for management, that might be a different story..

      Cons

      ZERO room for promotion, growth and even lateral transfer. If you are non-management and are hired for "position A" - you will work in that position forever.
