Hybrid work. Good WLB. Supportive colleagues. Almost free food. Cab service.

Cons

Software Developers are not primary citizen in any USA Bank. Most of the meetings will be post 5 pm because management lives in USA. Poor hike. Slow career growth. If you stuck in bank for a long time, it will be tough to switch to pure tech companies.
