Team members are respectful, I think it’s because everyone on the team knows how bad the place is.

Cons

Role is completely different from that I was recruited for. They should have hired an analyst. Company does not promote from within or give raises. Our team goals change at the whim of those above us. No control over even day to day work. Good luck if you’re not familiar with a language or framework, you probably won’t get much help even when it’s a proprietary platform.
