Bank is flexible and very good to employees and there are lots of strong engineers

Cons

Management always shifting priorities and poor communication. Most projects I work on become unimportant as focus shifts. Company reinvents a lot of wheels and duplicates efforts. Too much process and restriction around things like simply deploying software or accessing a database

Cons

Company don't provide training, expects you to over deliver, don't display recognition besides the amount of years of work done. Promotions only happen through renegotiation and not career plan.
