-Consistent Hours -Decent pay considering the cost of living in Tulsa -Tons of OT available if you want it -You get recognition for hard work (though nothing will come of it)

Cons

-Difficult to advance -Sub-par managers -A lot of brown nosing -Mandatory breaks and lunch (could be a pro for some) -Was there for 1.5 years and could not get an earlier shift, but people who were there for a few weeks were given it right away... I don't get it -It's a call center, so you're inside all day, and the managers have their offices and cubicles blocking all the windows so you probably won't see much sunlight.

Cons

It can be hard to get your foot in the door initially, you definitely have to start at the bottom and work your way up.

Pros

Pay and bonuses tend to be very generous for corporate employees.

Cons

Expect an office environment that is extremely sterile, unfriendly and toxic. I have never worked somewhere that I witnessed multiple people leave without new opportunities because they were so unhappy. Management will bully, discriminate and insult their team members without restraint. The work itself is repetitive, devoid of strategy and expectations are poorly communicated, if at all. My experience working here was genuinely traumatizing, as was the case for at least 2 other former employees I worked with.
